For us, product quality assurance has always been a fundamental objective: since the early 1980s we have implemented a system of procedures to check the quality of our products and raw materials, in 1999 we obtained the certifications UNI EN ISO 9002 e AVSQ 94. In 2002 we also get the ISO TS 16949 and the ISO:9001:2015 e IATF16949.
To satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers
we set up a high-quality policy, supported and implemented by the whole staff. We also constantly try to improve and refine the production and control process with the clients.
In our metrology room there are the following control instrumentations:
– three-dimensional optical 3D cp
– durometer
– galvanic treatments meter
– gauges, micrometers etc.
– data recording software
We are certificated with ISO 9001 and operating mainly for the automotive sector, we have obtained the certification IATF16949.
For this reason, we are able to offer to our customers superior products, services and workmanship.
